
Ardee Family Practice records telephone calls for patient safety, staff training & quality assurance purposes. This helps us ensure a consistent and safe service for all patients. Call recordings are stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff where necessary, and retained for a limited period in line with Data Protection requirements.
